Evaluate your level
|
To succeed your course or trip of your choice, regular practice of a sport throughout the year and a training course about 2 to 3 months before your depart guarantee your success.
A last minute intensive training always helps: you should always arrive in good shape. Also, you should never base the course you choose on your previous capabilities but always on your present condition. |
